The 3-year "Voice, Data, Video" program

This is a three-year building trades program. You will be trained to work as a Tele/Data Technician on residential, commercial, and industrial locations. Apprentices work under the direct supervision of a qualified Installer/Technician doing Tele/Data installation and repair on office buildings, schools, hospitals, stores, apartment buildings, private homes, or any other location where tele/data installation must be provided and maintained.
 
 
Completion
 
  If Voice, Data, Video work is your interest, then apply for the V.D.V. Apprentice program. Upon successful completion of this program and the accumulation of 4,800 hours of on-the-job training you will be classified as an "Installer Technician". You will receive 160 hours of related classroom training per year and you will earn 4,800 hours of on-the-job training while completing the program. At the completion of the 4,800 hours of on-the-job training you be prepared to take your license examination.  
 
Wages
 
  Hourly wage rates for a "Voice, Data, Video" are figured as a percentage of the current Installer Technician wage rate as follows:
